Conditions of cancellation
Any cancellation of residence within more than 30 days before arrival
will be charged no cancallation fee and any deposit payment will be
refunded in full. The cancellation of your residence will be accept in
writing form and in subsequent confirmation by the reception.
Upon cancellation of residence within less less than 30 days before
arrival will be charged following fees:
30 - 20 days before arrival: 25% of residence price
20 - 0 days: whole amount of deposit payment
during residence: 100% of residence price
The cancellation and the reason must be allways done as soon as
possible in writing form, stating: your name, contact details and date
of residence - with handwritten signature. It needs to be sent by
registered mail or deliver person. To determinate the number of days in
the calculation of cancellation fees is a crucial day delivery of
written cancellation of the residence. For the service may be used
electronic mail if it was confired by both sides and the client agrred.
